December 8th, 2009 – The USD JPY has been on the decline from Dec.4th.09 high of 90.75 … currently, it’s in the low 88.00 level. If the USD JPY falls below the 88.00 level it may be hard for it to pick momentum to reach the 92.31 resistance.
