As forex traders, we all agree that forex training and experience are the most essential factors in order to succeed in the forex market. There are a couple of ways to receive your forex training; forum, blog or a professional trader. Without, the proper training the road to a success is very dim. Jumping in the middle of the forex market, without understanding the technical and fundamental analysis; will cause a blown account.
Forex education is the primary tool to excel in the currency market. Lack of education will cause frustration and can lead to a negative account. Currency trading is far from gambling; its main function is to exchange one currency for another (Buy or Sell). What differentiates the forex market from gambling is that, it’s not based on luck but education, skills, and experience. There are two ways to trade the forex market:
1. Technical – A technical trader emphasizes the use of forex resistance, price action, Japanese candlesticks, etc.
2. Fundamental – A fundamental trader emphasizes important news events such as, NFP, rate changes, housing market, etc.
Forex training is essential to understand the market environment, changing conditions, risk vs. reward, and how to cut losses effectively. Without proper training, you may blow couple of accounts and still not succeed. Your best training source is to find a reliable forum, blog or a professional trader to assist you with your path.
Searching through forex forums will give you great information but it can cause stress and confusion; when you have thousands new and “expert” traders trying to give out there strategies and methods. It is my recommendation to use forex forums for browsing and information purposes only; and to find a reliable blog ran by a professional trader to get the forex training for your new career.
